These terms apply when you install or use Store Valuation (“the app”), the Shopify store valuation calculator provided by Exit Advisor (ExitAdvisor.io). By installing the app you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

What the app is

The app gives an automated ecommerce business valuation: an estimate of what your Shopify store is worth, based on your Shopify sales data and the profit (SDE) and revenue multiples that buyers of online businesses use. It is for information only. It is not a formal appraisal or valuation report, and it is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Actual sale prices depend on buyers, deal terms, due diligence and market conditions, and may be higher or lower than any estimate shown.

Plans and billing

The basic valuation is free. The premium plan costs US$0.99 every 30 days, with no free trial, and Shopify bills it on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app, and billing stops from the next cycle. Prices may change with notice through Shopify.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app only for stores you own or are authorised to manage.
• Don't attempt to misuse, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the app's limits.
• Information you enter, such as product costs or margins, should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Exit Advisor services

Clicking “Privately list for buyers” shares your store details with the Exit Advisor team and opens ExitAdvisor.io. It does not create any obligation or engagement; any sale advisory work is covered by a separate written agreement.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, and Exit Advisor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions made based on an estimate. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you are based requires otherwise.
